Currently...(July!)

I stumbled on this Currently link-up back in May, I missed June, but I'm backkkkk for July! So happy that Jenna and Anne are doing this each month!

Wishing:  That I had really grasped and appreciated how easy life was as a kid and teenager.

Celebrating:  Freedom! Praising God for our nation. We're super imperfect, but we're also beyond blessed to have the freedoms we have thanks to the men and women who fight for us.

Wearing:  A dress I've had for a couple of years that I still love. And not at the moment, but lately, my favorite pair of cutoffs every single time I get the chance.

Cooking:  With our new budget comes less eating out and more actual cooking. Eeeeeek. Fajitas tonight! Thankful for a helpful husband.

Planning:  to enjoy my three day weekend to the max. To start pinning and instagramming for Mississippi Women Bloggers! To blog more. To write even more than I blog.

Also, I'm currently doing both of these! (Well, I haven't done the bucket list one yet, but summer is young!)

  1. Mmm, fajitas sounds so good! I love to make fresh guacamole to go on the side, even thought my hubby doesn't like it. Have a wonderful holiday weekend! Thanks so much for linking up with us!

  2. Your "wish" is so true--didn't realize how good I had it, especially in college!

  3. Fajitas is one of my favorite meals to make - so easy and tasty. I discovered these Rick Bayless/Frontera Grill liquid seasoning packets at the grocery store and they make it even easier and tastier :) Love the summer bucket list ideas too. Thanks for linking up!

  5. I'm looking around at the teenagers and kids this summer and remembering how sweet summers were back then. They're still great, but you're right, it's just not the same!

Fajitas sound SOOO good right about now! Yes, I know it's early in the day (west coast), but I'd even have them for breakfast this morning.

Those two lists look like great springboards! You should blog your way through them. :)
