Soft Surroundings

I've had this little space on the internet for just over four years. As with most things in Mississippi, the blogosphere is slower. For the first time ever, I got invited to attend an event as a blogger. Needless to say, my heart was filled to the brim!

Friday, I went to Renaissance to the opening of Soft Surroundings. Until I was invited to the opening, I hadn't heard of the store. However, the crowd inside let me know that I was one of the only ones who wasn't already familiar!

The store offers clothing, accessories, beauty, skincare, gift books, home decor, and so much more!

There were fresh flowers all around, and I loved that touch! It made it less like a store and more like the home of a friend.
