Fall TV to Watch!

I love TV. I have a knack for picking out and falling in love with shows that get cancelled too soon, but I enjoy some shows that stand the test of time, too! (I still stand by this list from 2013!)

A new season (FALL!!) means brand new series and new seasons of some of our faves! I’m looking forward to these:

This is Us (Season 4) NBC Tuesdays at 8:00 CST
I'm so excited for this TONIGHT! The trailer looks incredible, and this season appears to have the new breath in it that I've craved. I love the Pearson family, and I still believe that this is one of the smartest shows on television. I can't wait to see what's next!

Stumptown (Season 1) ABC Wednesdays at 9:00 CST
This is a new series that I can't wait to try out! However, it is about a female detective...this means that I'm going to LOVE it, and it'll have to really be something special in order to keep from getting cancelled. That's what always seems to happen to shows I like! Fingers crossed, though! It looks funny, exciting, and tender all while being totally kick....butt?

A Million Little Things (Season 2) ABC Thursdays at 8:00 CST
I AM SO EXCITED FOR THIS. This show immediately captivated me last season. It certainly rivaled This is Us for the smartest show on television, at least in my mind. I love that each episode deals with community and conflict, which is insane seeing as how conflict in community is my least favorite thing ever. The cast is amazing. The writers keep us guessing. I'm going to put on my Bruins t-shirt (that I bought strictly because of the show) and watch!! Here's a peek at the first scene of Season 2!

Almost Family (Season 1) Fox Wednesdays at 8:00 CST
This. Show. Looks. SO. Fun! First, I saw Brittany Snow! Then, the premise looks so...amusing?! It looks like it will be both funny and shocking AND heart-warming. I'm super excited.

Total Divas (Season 9) E! Wednesdays at 9:00 CST
I love WWE. I love reality tv. I try to keep up with this show, but more times than not, I fail. Thankfully, I've seen most of it play out on social media. However, I'm eager to catch it when I can! Plus, there are a few new women this season!

Riverdale (Season 4) CW Wednesdays at 7:00 CST
I got sucked right in to Riverdale from the beginning of Season 1. If you don't know, it's based on the Archie comics. The cast is perfect for the show, and the angst feels so real. It's dramatic and dark but also fun. I can't wait to see what this season holds for the friends. Betty + Veronica forever!

Nancy Drew (Season 1) CW Wednesdays at 8:00 CST
I'm obviously here for the CW's take on everyone's favorite female detective! It, like Riverdale and other CW shows I've loved, looks dark, a little spooky, and of course full of teen angst!

Looking for Alaska (Hulu miniseries)
Based on the novel by John Green, this 8 episode miniseries starts on Hulu on Friday, October 18. I haven't even watched the preview because I hope to read the book first. I just loved The Fault in Our Stars and Paper Towns, so I'm excited for this, too!

I also regularly keep up with the Real Housewives of Bravo. Yes, every city.

And don’t even get me started about how my love for pro wrestling messes up my tv schedule. (Shows air on Monday, Tuesday-about to be Friday, and two on Wednesday!)

Let me know what you're looking forward to watching! Anything I should consider adding to my list?
